My path into real estate began through hands-on ownership: buying, renovating, managing, and marketing investment properties in the Triangle. That experience taught me to look closely at condition, layout, location, repair risk, rental potential, and the practical details that can shape a successful decision.

I bring a methodical, analytical approach shaped by my background in solutions engineering, technology partnerships, and project management. Clients can expect clear communication, careful research, practical guidance, and steady support throughout the process.

I live in North Durham with my husband, our two pups, 30+ chickens, 5 sheep, and ever-expanding flower beds. We are excited to welcome our first baby girl this summer. Home, land, and community are central to the life we are building, and they are at the heart of how I approach this work.
