About Melissa

The Triangle is my stomping ground and I know this area well.  I grew up in Raleigh and graduated from UNC Chapel Hill after studying Geography & Urban Planning. I fell in love with the Bull City, built my family and career here and have called Durham home for the past 18 years.

 

I’m happily married to a Durham native and a proud mom of two energetic young boys. My wife and I are also foster parents and we get the importance of home.

 

I worked for Downtown Durham, Inc. (DDI) the organization responsible for downtown redevelopment and revitalization for 15 years and I've always had an interest in real estate which led me to earn my NC Real Estate Brokers License back in 2006.
