About Mark
After 22 years as a collegiate coach, I accepted a position at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2012 and quickly fell in love with the area and it’s potential for an active, healthy lifestyle. Whether it’s the abundance of outdoor venues and activities or the great selection of local restaurants specializing in organic, locally sourced foods, the Triangle has it all.
After six years at UNC, when it became time to move on from coaching, I knew we wanted to stay in the area. I also knew I wanted to continue helping people realize their dreams. Real Estate provided just the opportunity. And, just as in coaching, I understand preparation, realistic goal setting, and great communication are keys to success in real estate. I will utilize meticulous research and knowledge of the local market, combined with a determination to identify and consider every factor related to a transaction insure you will be well prepared for anything the market throws at you.
